Do you only cover individual teams, or do you also work with leagues?

Both!

Teams/Schools → Flat-fee packages are best for a single roster or school program (up to 12 athletes).

Leagues → For multi-team organizations, we create custom per-athlete packages that scale for 100+ athletes. This ensures consistency across all divisions while keeping pricing fair.

What do teams get with a flat-fee package?

Starter ($600) → Basic coverage with portraits and team photos.

Deluxe ($1,200) → Adds more images per athlete and a creative team look.

Ultimate ($2,000) → Full creative experience with multiple team looks and action-style portraits.

How does league-wide custom pricing work?

For leagues, we build a package based on total athlete count and deliverables:

Cost per athlete depending on scale and package selected.

Minimum of 100 athletes required for league pricing.

Deliverables include:

• 2–5 images per athlete (portrait + creative/dynamic)

• 1 - 3 Team photos per roster

• Coach portraits

• League master set for yearbooks, website, and marketing

• Individual password-protected galleries for families

Optional upgrades (action pose stations, spotlight graphics, team hype reels, game day coverage) can be added per athlete or per league.
